Scheduling for classes is an exciting time, but it can also be stressful. We are here to help you select classes that are relevant to your individual post-secondary goals. If you have questions about scheduling, please reach out to your counselor at any time.

February 13 & 14, 2024
Teachers in all subject areas will take a few minutes of class to discuss offerings within the department that are logical selections for the following year.

February 20, 2024
Counselors will present information, take questions, and work with individual juniors during English classes.

Student access to Infinite Campus course requests will be opened at the end of the day.  Students will be asked to enter their 2024-25 course requests through the portal on their own by February 29.

Scheduling Open House for parents of current 8th-11th grade students 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Senior High.

February 21, 2024
Counselors will present information, take questions, and work with individual 8th graders during social studies classes.

February 22, 2024
Counselors will present information, take questions, and work with individual sophomores during English classes.

February 23, 2024
Counselors will present information, take questions, and work with individual freshmen during English classes.

February 26 or 27, 2024
Teachers may make individual student course recommendations by signing in the appropriate places on students’ Subject Approval Forms.

February 29, 2024
Students should submit their Subject Approval Forms to either their English or social studies teacher, depending on grade.

 

Special Offerings

Butler Area School District is proud to offer students unique opportunities to learn outside of a traditional classroom. From our Pre-Apprenticeship Program to courses at BC3, students have access to a variety of real-world programs that are offered within our high school curriculum.
